My name is us and I work hard to ensure you'll not find better
representation when it comes to buying and/or selling golf course view property in
Southern California. I'm addicted to the golf course view and keep my thumb on the pulse
of the golf course view market 24/7. That's right! Many times I can't sleep at night,
because I'm thinking about the water. Sometimes I get out of bed and sneak out
to my dock to see what's in the water under my snook light. Sometimes I wake up
and get on the computer to analyze a property I was dreaming about for one of
my clients.
You're probably asking yourself, "What does his wife think about his passion
for golf course view property?" Well, she loves the water just as much as I do. I've
seen her arms, ribs, and stomach black and blue from pulling redfish out from
under the mangroves! She loves the Lord and has never had a drink of alcohol,
but I've heard a few loud expletives come out of her mouth when a 150-pound
tarpon came up on its tail with her hook lodged deep in his jaw. She fought
that monster for 45-minutes on a 7-foot trout rod with 12-pound test. She was
screaming and hollering the whole time.
I'm a good old country boy from Florida. I'm a Navy veteran. I'm a father. I'm
a husband. I'm a Harvard MBA. I'll outwork anyone for my clients and I make it
a point to always know more than anyone about a piece of golf course view real
estate. I'm a competitor. My entire life I've been at the top of everything
I've attempted whether it's a 2-mile footrace, how many pizzas can be delivered
in a single night, the cleanest bathroom on the USS Nimitz, the highest GPA,
and yes, the best REALTOR®.
If you want your Cousin Susan's newly licensed neighbor to represent you in your
search for golf course view property, that's your decision and a lot of people make
that mistake. If you want the absolute best person for the job of helping you
buy or sell golf course view real estate, give me a call and see for yourself why
us will be your best friend in the real estate business.
I'm only in my late 30's, but I've built a solid resume to help you decide:
